Who are we?

Artstroy 1 Construction® is a construction and engineering company with over 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Specializing in the construction of residential and commercial buildings, the company has completed a significant number of projects in the Burgas Region, primarily complexes situated on the first coastline by the sea. Successfully executing projects related to "Engineering - Design and Construction Works in connection with the implementation of the national program for energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings within the territory of Burgas Municipality."

Artstroy 1 Construction® began its operations in 2000 as a construction company named Artstroy 1 Ltd. With the aim of improving management, expanding its activities, and optimizing the corporate structure, the company underwent restructuring, resulting in the establishment of a new entity - Artstroy 1 Investment®. In 2017, the company changed its name from Artstroy 1 Ltd. to Artstroy 1 Construction Ltd.

The companies are part of the Artstroy Group®, an investment, shareholder company with established traditions and a forward-looking approach that has existed for over 20 years in the Bulgarian market. Each link within the group is specialized and independent, united by the ambition for a professional approach to work and the establishment of a strong corporate structure and identity.
